Key Job Responsibilities
主要工作職責(zé)
1.According to the drawings provided by the business. Production process to produce the required samples, and provide accurate sample test report.
根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)提供的圖紙、生產(chǎn)工藝制作出符合要求的樣品，并提供準(zhǔn)確的樣品測(cè)試報(bào)告；
2.Follow up and coordinate the sample making progress, responsible for the sample material keeping up.
跟進(jìn)和協(xié)調(diào)樣品打樣進(jìn)度，負(fù)責(zé)樣品物料跟進(jìn)
3.Complete functional and reliability verification of samples and BOM list details of new products to ensure smooth mass production of new products.
完成樣品的功能和可靠性驗(yàn)證以及新產(chǎn)品BOM清單明細(xì)工作，確保新產(chǎn)品順利量產(chǎn)；
4.Responsible for sample tool, die-cut desgin
負(fù)責(zé)樣品模具、刀模的設(shè)計(jì)
5. Support new product SOP document and process flow chart preparation, production process improvement.
協(xié)助新產(chǎn)品SOP文件和工藝流程圖的編寫(xiě)，生產(chǎn)工藝流程改善。
Qualifications
1.Know how to use CAD, able to create 2D drawing by CAD per request.
懂CAD繪圖，可以按要求出2D圖紙。
2. More than 3 years phone case, pad /eBook case, EVA bag working experience, familiar w/ full wrapping phone case prototyping.
三年以上的手機(jī)皮套、平板皮套，EVA包的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉全包手機(jī)殼的打樣。
3.Good communication and coordination skills, proficient in using office software
具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，熟練使用office辦公軟件；
4.Strong organization, coordination, execution, communication and interpersonal skills
具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，熟練使用office辦公軟件；
5.Good team work ability
具備良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力；
6.Production document SOP/ process flow chart layout, on-site process improvement and guidance
會(huì)生產(chǎn)文件SOP/工藝流程圖編排，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工藝改善及指導(dǎo)。
