工作職責(zé):
Responsibilities:
1.與銷售、生產(chǎn)等相關(guān)部門溝通協(xié)調(diào)做好產(chǎn)品訂單的跟蹤處理工作;
Communicate and coordinate with sales and production departments to follow up product orders.
2.協(xié)助銷售部門及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確做好客戶詢貨,報(bào)價(jià)單的制作及報(bào)價(jià)工作;
Assist sales department to give customer timely and accurate feedback for product consulting, quotation sheet making and price quotation.
3.協(xié)助銷售部門及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確做好銷售合同的制作工作。
Assist sales department to make the sales contract timely and accurately.
4.銷售訂單及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確錄入SAP工作;
Input sales orders into SAP timely and accurately.
5.與生產(chǎn)部門溝通協(xié)調(diào),確定滿足客戶所需要產(chǎn)品的交期工作;
Communicate and coordinate with production department to determine the delivery time of the products required by customers.
6.客戶訂單的匯總及訂單交貨的跟蹤工作;
Responsible for the customer order summary and order delivery follow-up.
7.每月定期做好貨款的回收工作;
Responsible for the monthly payment collection.
8.與財(cái)務(wù)溝通做好SAP訂單的釋放工作;
Communicate with finance to release SAP orders.
9.客訴的跟蹤及處理;
Follow up and deal with customer complaints.
10.負(fù)責(zé)做好訂單及銷售合同的檔案管理工作。
Responsible for the file management of order and sales contract.
11.協(xié)助客服主管做好客服的其它相關(guān)工作。
Assist CS supervisor with other related work of customer service.
職位要求:
Requirements:
1. 大學(xué)??萍耙陨蠈W(xué)歷,英語、商務(wù)英語、國(guó)際貿(mào)易等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
College degree or above, majoring in English, Business English, International Trade or related fields is preferred.
2.英語可讀寫;
proficient in listening, reading and writing,
3.1年及以上客服相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
One year or more of relevant working experience in customer service.
4. 熟練使用電腦及辦公軟件,懂SAP更佳;
Proficient in using computers and office software. Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
