On October 28, 2004, BSH Electrical Appliances (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd, namely, BSH Appliance Park became a registered wholly foreign owned enterprise. BSH Appliance Park is invested by BSH Home Appliances Group, which was established in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. The registered capital is USD 63 million and the total investment is USD 189 million.
2004年10月28日，博西家用電器集團(tuán)在中國(guó)投資的外商獨(dú)資企業(yè)——博西華電器（江蘇）有限公司暨博西家電園在南京正式成立，公司注冊(cè)資本6,300萬(wàn)美元，總投資額1.89億美元。

On March 9, 2005, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Appliance Park was held in Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone. The Appliance Park covers an area of 371,179 square meters. Until the end of 2014, there are more than 3,100 employees and it has an annual production capacity of over 10 million units. Five factories have been built, and the Appliance Park is a major production base of washing machines, small household appliances, electrical water heaters, cooking appliances, and motors.
2005年3月9日，博西家電園在南京經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)動(dòng)工建設(shè)，占地面積約371,179平方米。截至2014年底，擁有員工3100多名。目前共建成五個(gè)工廠，分別是洗衣機(jī)工廠、小家電工廠、熱水器工廠、廚具工廠和馬達(dá)工廠，年生產(chǎn)能力超過(guò)1,000萬(wàn)臺(tái)，所生產(chǎn)的家電產(chǎn)品滿足國(guó)內(nèi)外的市場(chǎng)需求。

The Appliance Park has three R&D centers for refrigerators, washing machines and cooking appliances and an R&D department for dish care and electronic drives. These R&D centers employ more than 350 research and development personnel. As one of BSH Home Appliances Group’s most important R&D bases in the world, the R&D centers are responsible for developing quality home appliance products with advanced design concepts and a focus on innovation. The Appliance Park also has an international purchasing center and a national warehouse, providing solid logistics support to the production effort.

CP (small household appliance) factory —— On August 3, 2005, the CP factory, which covers 26,000 square meters, began production. It manufactures small household appliances such as electric irons, vacuum cleaners, coffee pots, multifunction drink machines, and kitchen aids, most of which are sold in the European market. In 2012 the annual production capacity will be over 4 million units.
小家電工廠——2005年8月3日正式投產(chǎn)，占地26,000平方米，生產(chǎn)電熨斗、吸塵器、咖啡壺、多功能飲料機(jī)、小廚寶等小家電，主要供應(yīng)歐洲市場(chǎng)，預(yù)計(jì)2012年產(chǎn)量超400 萬(wàn)臺(tái)。

PH (cooking appliance) factory —— On February 9, 2006, the PH factory, which covers 22,800 square meters, started production of range hood and cooking appliances. It is a major cooking appliance production and R&D base in the Asia Pacific region.
廚具工廠——2006年2月9日正式投產(chǎn)，占地22,800平方米，生產(chǎn)油煙機(jī)和灶具，是亞太地區(qū)重要的廚具生產(chǎn)和研發(fā)基地。

Motor factory —— On September 27, 2006, the motor factory started production and in March 2012 it underwent an expansion. Covering 6,200 square meters, it produces universal motors and new types of brushless motors with an annual production capacity of about 1.3 million units for Nanjing and Wuxi-based washing machine factories.
馬達(dá)工廠——2006年9月27日正式投產(chǎn)，2012年3月進(jìn)行擴(kuò)建，占地6,200平方米，主要生產(chǎn)串激電機(jī)以及新型無(wú)刷電機(jī)，以供應(yīng)南京和無(wú)錫洗衣機(jī)工廠，年產(chǎn)量約為130萬(wàn)臺(tái)。

Washing machine factory —— On March 6, 2007, the new front loader washing machine project was launched; in September 26, the cornerstone was laid; on September 23, 2009, the factory was completed and put into operation, covering 31,600 square meters with over 500 employees and an annual production capacity of nearly 1 million units.
洗衣機(jī)工廠——2007年3月6日項(xiàng)目正式啟動(dòng)，9月26日進(jìn)行奠基，2009年9月23日竣工投產(chǎn)，占地31,600 平方米，員工超過(guò)500人，年產(chǎn)量近100萬(wàn)臺(tái)。

Electrical water heater factory —— On October 29, 2008, electrical water heater factory started production. As the most important production base of Siemens water heaters in Asia, the factory has a globally uniform technology development platform that shares R&D results. Its products not only meet the needs of Chinese market but also are sold in Europe and the rest of the world.
電熱水器工廠——2008年10月29日竣工投產(chǎn)，是西門子熱水器在亞洲最重要的生產(chǎn)基地，工廠擁有全球統(tǒng)一的技術(shù)開發(fā)平臺(tái)，共享研發(fā)成果，所生產(chǎn)的電熱水器，不僅滿足中國(guó)市場(chǎng)需要，還銷往歐洲和世界其它地區(qū)。
