廣東杰潤精密金屬科技有限公司成立于2014年3月，公司主要是一家集研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)銷售高精密不銹鋼原材料卷（板）、異型材、棒材的企業(yè)，公司目前的材料主要用于手機(jī)、電腦、鐘表、醫(yī)療及新能源汽車精密零配件所需領(lǐng)域，為了更好更大規(guī)模的配合客戶需求，公司在2018年3月分別在東莞、惠州擴(kuò)建加工生產(chǎn)線！
東莞工廠占地6500平方米，主要配套沖壓行業(yè)所用到的精密不銹鋼分條加工配送！工廠常備庫存有1000噸左右，材質(zhì)分別有SUS301、SUS304、SUS316L硬度有0H、1/4H、1/2H、3/4H、H、EH、SEH，厚度從0.03mm-3.0mm！工廠目前設(shè)備有：3條650mm精密分條線、1條1219mm精密分條線、1條飛剪線、1條油壓單剪線！月產(chǎn)能可達(dá)500噸左右。檢測設(shè)備有：萬能拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)、熒光光譜儀、硬度計(jì)、磁導(dǎo)儀、粗糙度儀、鹽霧測試機(jī)等相關(guān)所需的檢測設(shè)備！
惠州工廠占地15000平方米，主要針對(duì)不銹鋼、鈦合金的異型材研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)及加工。月才能可達(dá)600噸左右，工廠運(yùn)用輥拉工藝，我們的研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)在15-20年，有近萬個(gè)開發(fā)截面形狀的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，從模具設(shè)計(jì)、制作到生產(chǎn)全部都是內(nèi)部獨(dú)立完成，更加快速的為客戶節(jié)約了新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)周期，為贏得市場爭取寶貴時(shí)間！高精密異型材在節(jié)約材料的同時(shí)極大的為客戶提高加工效率簡化生產(chǎn)工序，并且能夠更優(yōu)的為客戶節(jié)約成本！

The thickness ranges from 0.03mm to 3.0mm！At present, there are three 650mm precision slitting lines, one 1219mm precision slitting line, one flying shear line and one oil pressure single cutting line！The monthly production capacity can reach about 500 tons.Testing equipment: universal tensile testing machine, fluorescence spectrometer, hardness tester, magnetic conductivity meter, roughness meter, salt spray testing machine and other related testing equipment required！
Huizhou factory covers an area of 15000 square meters, mainly for stainless steel, titanium alloy profile research and development, production and processing.Only about 600 tons per month can be achieved.
