Duties and Responsibilities（該崗位工作地點在中國云南美泰）
General：
1) Supervise MYS new toy development include schedule, quality & cost control
2) Lead team to identify cutting & sewing potential risk and clean risk in EP/FEP stage then release new toy production successfully
3) MYS trouble shooting include in-coming material & cutting/sewing production
4) Optimize cutting & sewing operation with smart sewing attachment to achieve better cost & quality in mass production
5) Better aesthetic control to balance designer & production quality requirement
6) SGE team daily management include safety, sample quality, fast reaction to settle urgent case
Special : Basic knowledge in fashion engineer have garment IE experience
Education/Experience and Attributes
Education Level: Bachelor's degree in fashion technology & engineering
Working Experience / Training: 6 years+ relevant experience in Toys or garment manufacturing
Skills/Certified License / Job Knowledge : Sewing Pattern & Operation, familiar with garment material, sewing machinery
工作職責(zé):
1. 主導(dǎo)云南美泰新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)，包括開發(fā)進(jìn)度、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和成本控制;
2. 帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊識別和清除裁床和車縫工序在EP/FEP階段可能出現(xiàn)的風(fēng)險，確保新產(chǎn)品順利投產(chǎn);
3. 處理工廠在生產(chǎn)過程中遇到的各種問題，包括進(jìn)廠原材料以及裁床、車縫生產(chǎn)過程中出現(xiàn)的問題;
4. 通過引入智能車縫輔助設(shè)備等方式，改進(jìn)裁剪和車縫的作業(yè)流程，從而在量產(chǎn)時達(dá)到更好的成本控制和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量;
5. 更好地把握產(chǎn)品的外觀效果，在設(shè)計師的創(chuàng)意和實際生產(chǎn)的質(zhì)量要求之間找到平衡點;
6. 確保團(tuán)隊工作安全、保證樣品質(zhì)量，以及快速響應(yīng)并解決緊急情況。
特別要求：
1. 具備服裝工程方面的基礎(chǔ)知識，并且有服裝行業(yè)工業(yè)工程（IE）的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗。
2. 英文讀寫熟練，有基本英語口語
學(xué)歷要求：
服裝技術(shù)與工程相關(guān)專業(yè)的學(xué)士學(xué)位
工作經(jīng)驗:
在玩具或服裝制造業(yè)擁有6年以上的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗。
技能/證書/專業(yè)知識：
了解縫紉的版型和具體操作，熟悉服裝常用的材料，并且了解各種縫紉機(jī)器設(shè)備。
